Quicksilva is proud to announce it is shortlisted, alongside partners South Central Ambulance Service (‘SCAS’) and Ortivus, for the prestigious Healthcare Technology of the Year award.
The selection recognises our pioneering project, to provide access to real-time Summary Care Record (SCR) patient information for paramedics using mobile ‘toughbook’ devices at the scene of a call out.
The nomination follows a successful roll-out of the solution to over 450 SCAS ambulance vehicles as part of the Ortivus Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation, which utilises Quicksilva’s SCR orQestra® Spine Mini Service, the first to market in 2015. The solution has since gone on to win an eHI Award for Excellence in Mobile Technology and Quicksilva’s SCR orQestra® Spine Mini Service is poised to roll-out to a variety of different care settings including pharmacies and dentists.
“We are delighted to be shortlisted for this exciting industry award for our orQestra® SCR service, which continues to cause a buzz amongst our colleagues and customers”, said Bonnie Jackson, Business Development Manager at Quicksilva. “The team are developing a bit of a taste for champagne these days!”.
